1. Sign up for a free JotForm account or log in to your existing account. 2. Click the "Create Form" button on the dashboard. 3. Choose the type of form you want to create from the available options: Blank Form, Templates, Import Form, or PDF Form.
4. If you select the "Blank Form" option, you'll be taken to the Form Builder, where you can start building your form from scratch. 5. If you select the "Templates" option, you'll be presented with a gallery of pre-designed form templates that you can choose from and customize to your needs. 6. If you select the "Import Form" option, you'll be able to import an existing form from another service or from a JotForm backup.
7. If you select the "PDF Form" option, you'll be able to upload a PDF form and convert it into a digital form that can be filled out online. 8. Once you've selected your form type, you can customize your form by adding form fields, changing the form layout and design, and setting up form rules and notifications. 9. When you're done creating your form, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
